Teresa from Mechelen, Belgium Although I love all the songs of Phil Spector, "River deep, mountain high" can be considered his masterpiece. It's a great song, a perfect harmony between Tina Turner's voice and Phil Spector's "Wall of Sound". I already liked the song in , but I was too young to appreciate its real value.
  9. Sakasa says:
The Spector tracks have his typical "Wall of Sound", and the Ike tracks sound more like traditional R&B. Pretty much all the songs are good, but of course the title track, "River Deep, Mountain High", is the highlight. I will list what songs are on the album, followed by who produced them: 1. River Deep, Mountain High (Spector) 2. I Idolize You /5(20).
